* Private office space for you and your assistant is available per individual request. Modest fee starting from $100 per month depends on the size of your future office space and services, which you may need, and include utility charges.
In-House staging and photography services for all our listings – if you don’t do it yourself, or if you don’t hire your own stager, you can use our in-house services for a fraction of price.
Mentoring/Training/In-House Continuing Education/Inter-Trade Educational and Social Events – Whether you are a top producer or working to get there, we want you to become the best of the best. Our hands-on training/mentoring focuses on your success, helps you to identify your weaknesses and challenges you to improve. - You pay your CABOR (OAR, NAR) dues timely and accurately. Local-n-Global REALTORS® believe in professional association and support our professional organizations.
- You pay your MLS dues timely and accurately. MLS is our main tool and our main resource for Real Estate information.
- You use only company approved legal documents (Purchase and Listing agreements, etc.).
- You maintain and develop your own business. We support your business activities and wish you the best in reaching your goals.
